Now on Facebook!

Through a long, kept-me-awake-at-night thought process, I decided to make a Facebook page for my blog.  Through another long thought process I decided that meant I needed a logo and various other things that are beyond my graphic design abilities.  Because those are pretty limited:)  So I emailed my friend at Samanthaephotography.com and asked her to build a logo.  She’s so amazingly talented and I love everything I’ve ever seen her do, so I knew it was going to be amazing!  Here it is.  Feel free to ooo and ahhhh.

Gorgeous eh?  She’s just that good.  The tag line was her idea, as was the sparrows.  Which I loved because it has the connotation of singing without any actual music notes.  Totally in love.  Plus she’s fast and a dream to work with.  My site is now so much prettier:)  And I feel like I’m a “real” blogger now:)

If you’re on Facebook, feel free to check out my new page here.  I’m excited to have somewhere to share the random thoughts that aren’t long enough for a blog post.  I’m also doing a course learning about graphic posts and printables for your blog, so that should help with my lack of graphic design abilities.  Mostly because I’ve learned about free sites where most of the work is done for you already:)  We had to find some quotes to use for our homework and I feel in love with pretty much everything Corrie ten Boom has ever said.  Makes me want to read “The Hiding Place” again.  So, just be prepared for the onslaught for a while:)  I hope you’ll join me over there!
